When the same thing happened in China it was called Rural Cleansing. This war is not of any less importance than the American Revolution – and it one we can win without guns. Let’s remember and learn from the lessons of the past, especially on Independence day.

With Kittitas County starting a chapter of CAPR – Citizens Alliance for Property Rights – we are declaring our INDEPENDENCE. I urge you to join with us. this is a war we can win the American way by reclaiming our rights in OUR courts of law. CAPR is a national organization with knowledgeable people and attorneys ready to take on our issues regarding our loss of property rights. We just need to plug in. But it will require a lot of us as there is power in numbers. CAPR is the NRA of property rights. We have former elected officials and property/water experts who live in Kittitas County leading this charge for us – but they need our help.
Pray that God will remove those Washington State leftist judges from their offices who obstruct the Constitution in their attempt to aid the left’s efforts.
Please REFER those you know who are concerned about losing our county to unrelenting gov’t bureaucracies to this website and this article. This cannot be a case of – “well I have mine and I am not too concerned” … property and gun rights are fundamental to who we are as Americans. (The rural poor in China didn’t own guns.) And while this issue may not directly threaten our way of life yet I would ask you to think about our Founding Framers who saw beyond their day to a future America. This is about our children and our grandchildren living in nation governed by laws in harmony with the Constitution.
Do not be mislead – our water/property issues are gov’t driven and the local politicians, despite being good people, are ill equipped to handle the challenges today and into the future. Especially if they are sympathetic to the no growth agenda.
Here is an excerpt from the article written by Tim Sheldon (D):
“That’s the whole idea, and a little context is probably in order. For years our state’s environmental groups have worked with like-minded legislators to force ever-greater numbers into densely populated cities, apparently with the thought that the rest of the state ought to be set aside as a nature preserve. This was the idea behind this state’s Growth Management Act, passed in 1990, though it probably should be said that land-use planning by itself isn’t harmful – it’s the ham-handed way it often is carried out.”
